1. I saw BHO photos today in THE STAR, he was sitting down listening to his Secretary of state briefed him in standing position. The same sight may not even imagined last time the white standing while the black man sitting on his chair. This is what we call the wheel factor, when you are up not necessary you will not go down some days. Therefore we must be humble and respect each other whether if we are a leader or a follower.

2. What is leader? I would say that there is no correct definition to it. What I believe a good leader is someone that can make a group of people moves as a team to the direction he want to bring them. How they do it is up to them. Some may believe that shouting and pressuring is the best way or some may feel like listening and give instruction firmly is the best method. It all depend on what we believe but there is no one answer to it. But one thing for sure a great leader will not force the others to become like him, I mean the way he ruled. Everyone should have their own ways.

3. In business a great leader maybe judged by the profit that he made. Is it true? it might be true in the eyes of the investors but may not to his staff. In Asia we always judge a good leader is based on the $$$, even to the expense of cutting cost of normal works as well as staff benefits. This is what I like abut European leader, they always think about benefits rather than $$$ alone. They don't care if the profit is less as long as they can give as much as they can to the staff. But lately a lot of them also applying the same yard stick $$$$ to measure a good leader. I never believe in cost cutting of routine works as addtional profit.

4. Am I a good leader? yes and no. Yes, I am gifted with human relation skill. I can convince and motivate another person. No, because I am not taking care of their welfare seriously. I always avoiding conflict. I do know my strength and weakness. To be a great leader I need to concentrate to my strength which automatically eliminate my weakness.

5. What kind of future leader quality should we expect? someone that knowledgeable, good listener , can make decision with minimum errors etc. It is difficult to be the leader of the future. People are more aware and educated, you need to be at all time ahead of them. That is the answers.
