Kena main belakang

Since my last post, I had few experience that really tested my patient. Quite recently I was entrusted by Siddik to lead a project in one of the country leading port.

I have done all the preparation and have checked my checklist that everything was in order. This however which we overlook that we do not have alternative to replace the mode of transportation. Until the day we about to start the project we were told that the mode of transport is not ready to perform the job due to certain circumstances. Due to this reason I was forced to meet with the project holder to reschedule our work, I am really lucky that he is a nice guy that will never shouted at you. With a ten cent face I met him to apologise and asking for extension of day.

What I am trying to state here is that do take chances, prepare a contingency plan and option plan this is important. When conducting the project you must identify the critical items which will delay the work if no alternative is available.

I do prepare a checklist but did not aspect that the most unpredicted items giving technical problem. Luckily during this incident Saddik was oversea back to his hoe town.

Back Pass@ Pass Belakang

Malaysia Football is in the news again..this time about Sarawak Football Association not paying 5 months salary to their players. What about other states are the players face the same problem? I think so!. No wonder our football team is in bad shape lately.

Can you imagine while you are in the field your mind keep thinking whether your family at home have enough money to buy food or when is your next due to Along or when “Geng Tarik” will tarik your car. If the player mind are thinking about all these problems do you think they can concentrate with their game?. Probably in some cases they will even back pass or even score to their own goal in order to teach the management a lesson.

I don’t think it is about physical or tactical, the truth is, it is all about motivation. These people have chosed football as their carrier, they work and they earn money from football. Pay them money accordingly on time is important,so that they can concentrate with their game. The "akar umbi" programme is important but I believe they are more important issues that need to address ASAP.

Chicken Play

Last week I went to Malacca to meet potential partner (strictly business). On the way to Alor Gajah, I passed Ramuan China Kecil...I saw a nice training institution called Pusat Latihan Pengurusan Ayam..do you know that such training centre exist in Malaysia?.

While driving I keep smiling because I have a polluted mind. I hope this training centre will not train potential "Papa San" or "Mama San" if they do I wonder what type of cert they will receive?.

Good effort by our government!!! now I know if such training existed that's mean "ayam" whether the real one or the other "ayam" is not easy to manage.

Siddiq new asset

Siddiq now include his asset other than those in Turkumistan, Afganistan and Go Head Go Stan a new asset that he bought from a long time friend in neighbouring country. Now Siddiq new venture is "IMPORT EXPORT lah!!!" he is now in marine business...jangan kena jual sudah la!

Dont Play Play

Currently I am waiting for my client to send a set of agreement to me before I provide my service to him. Hemm..sounds kinki, nope it just work to be done. I will not start work before any agreement sign between both parties. As usual I cannot allow anyone to play behind my back, I need to cover my back and front side.

This also remind me of the film Tiga Abdul by P Ramleee where without reading thoroughly on the agreement the older Abdul willingly signed an agreement with clause that stated that they could not be mad/ angry otherwise they will be sold. This is another element of JMB, therefore I will wait here patiently in the office waiting for the final agreement to come and to make sure I will not be sold and all my properties confiscated.

Jangan Main Belakang

This words have a lot of meaning, I just got this idea from the malay film Jangan Pandang Belakang. Jangan Main Belakang can give two meaning, if you are the "yellow brain type" you definitively think of something that got to do with unusual act. But it can also mean that do not do anything bad to other person behind his back or back stabbing etc.

I like this word to remind me not to JMB to others (I mean back stabbing not the other one even though it may give more satisfaction -probably! I will not even try) for my own benefit. And off course I do not like others to do the same to me (not the other JMB off course).

First Posting

I keep observing people creating their own blog spot. Tonite I develop my own and would like to see whether this is really fun.
